Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare invoices.
- Package and label items to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate computerized inventory management systems efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
