Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock verification, and manage warehouse inventory levels accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM), weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software (WMS).
