Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with precision and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift operations to escalate critical issues and ensure continuity.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the night shift workflow.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
