Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Input accurate data into the CRM system to track customer interactions and service history.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity.
- Provide product information and troubleshoot technical problems for our clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
