Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in daily morning briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email, CRM software).
- Must be willing to attend Walk-in Interviews at our Manhattan office with valid ID.
- Self-motivated with a focus on problem-solving.
