Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and product-related questions with precision.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions and continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
