- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a high focus on satisfaction.
- Conduct routine system checks and software updates.
- Provide feedback on process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40 WPM).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
