Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or night-shift environment without direct supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
