Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during evening and night shifts.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- Document customer interactions and resolve tickets efficiently within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity and handovers.
- Assist in training new hires on night shift protocols and internal software tools.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing high-volume inbound and outbound communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or Business is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
