Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on technical troubleshooting and product support.
- Diagnose software and hardware issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating patience and professionalism under pressure.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
