Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate conveyor systems, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet our strict quality standards before packaging.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately label, box, and prepare shipments for distribution to our clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and inventory organization to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Forklift Certification: Previous experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred but training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
