Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex technical issues and product-related questions with precision and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Maintain a professional, calm demeanor while handling difficult or frustrated customers.
- Stay updated on product features and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
