Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and system performance during off-peak hours.
- Execute scheduled backups, patch management, and system updates without supervision.
- Triage and resolve critical Level 2 and Level 3 helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document incidents and ensure seamless handovers.
- Perform routine security audits and vulnerability assessments on internal systems.
- Ensure all hardware and software inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT support or system administration.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for occasional on-site duties).
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
