- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.

- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
