Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship high-value tech products during night shift hours
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and automated sorting systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS software
- Ensure quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in 24/7 environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume settings
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Reliable transportation for night shift commute
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed
