Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in 85,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Complete daily quality assurance checks on high-value electronics
- Participate in monthly inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Availability for 4x10 schedule (6PM-4:30AM, Mon-Thu)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
