Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package shipments according to company protocols
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily shipment targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for 11PM-7AM shifts
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
- Stamina for 8-hour standing/walking shifts
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environment
- No prior warehouse experience required
