Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, receive incoming shipments, and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and adhere to strict quality control standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and fellow night crew members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational requirement.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not always required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with weekend availability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift certification is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
