Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stock throughout the warehouse.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and strictly adheres to safety regulations.
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and reporting maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one within 30 days).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
