Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks) to move, locate, and stock merchandise safely.
- Prepare, package, and label customer orders with high accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies within the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using loading docks and conveyor systems during shift changes.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to optimize workflow and storage space.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and task handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
