Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests and purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
