Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
