Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move stock and materials.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to operate forklifts or heavy machinery (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
