Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the facility in Fresno, CA.
