Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates during the overnight shift to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless handovers of inventory and operational status.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly during your shift.
- Generate and review daily production reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervision or logistics management role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, night shift environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Forklift certification and willingness to obtain additional certifications as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work overtime as needed.
