Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage team of 12-15 warehouse associates and ensure productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless transition of operations
- Conduct inventory audits and optimize storage efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Previous night shift leadership role strongly preferred
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
