Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through lean methodology and process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
