Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift warehouse associates
- Oversee inventory control and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching
- Coordinate with day shift operations
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification required
- Advanced WMS system proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
