Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect received goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 99.9% fulfillment accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and movement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform regular equipment checks and routine maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
