Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise team of 15+ warehouse associates on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce workplace safety regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with day shift management for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
