Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across shipping, receiving, and customer service departments
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during weekend shifts
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements for weekend workflows
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time

Qualifications
- 3+ years in supervisory or team lead roles within logistics/warehousing
- Proven experience managing weekend or overnight shift operations
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
