Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality control standards for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
