Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight shifts, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement lean inventory management practices to reduce waste
- Train new hires on warehouse protocols and safety procedures
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team communication
- Forklift certification required
