Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to escalate technical issues and suggest improvements.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our digital platform.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and strive to exceed daily KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience in a technical or corporate environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional team meetings.
