Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Provide feedback on common customer trends to management to help improve services.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
