- Process orders, applications, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Cross-reference customer data in our CRM system to ensure up-to-date records.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
