Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.Update and maintain accurate customer account information in our CRM database.Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns processing.Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet departmental KPIs.Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policy.Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Reliable computer and internet connection.A friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
