Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally to resolve issues and answer questions regarding products and services.
- Process Orders & Transactions: Accurately input customer data, process returns, and manage orders via our CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide creative solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
