Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM database.
- Provide clear, accurate, and friendly explanations of products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak hours.
