Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and returns with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for all visitors and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Update customer records and handle account inquiries as needed.
- Assist in inventory management and stocking shelves as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Office applications.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
