Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.

- Update customer accounts and records in the CRM database with precision.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate multiple computer windows simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
