Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our internal systems.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product cross-selling.
- Provide product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software.
