Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product knowledge.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help drive product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward client needs.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
