Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and product adoption.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist in onboarding new clients to our platform.
- Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction metrics.
- Manage a caseload of 10-15 active accounts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
- San Francisco residency is highly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
