Responsibilities
- Answer and manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide detailed product information and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Qualifications
