Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate tickets to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and documenting standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings based on user feedback.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
