Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to improve support processes and documentation.

Qualifications
