Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary AI frameworks focused on Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate advanced AI models into production environments.
- Oversee the deployment of edge computing solutions to ensure low-latency AI processing.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model explainability.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and contribute to the technical culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential application in 2026-era computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
