Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype advanced algorithms to validate new technology concepts.
- Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical leadership effectively.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization across all deployed AI models.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and big data technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
