Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for autonomous systems optimization
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI decision-making transparency
- Integrate quantum machine learning with classical neural networks
- Create quantum-resistant security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI researchers, and ethicists
- Pioneer human-AI symbiosis interfaces using quantum entanglement principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and PyTorch Quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy applications in AI
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of deploying quantum-hybrid systems in production environments
